l&rsquo;escalier,<\/li><li>Anciennes arriv\u00e9es d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sous l&rsquo;escalier \u00e0 dissimuler, <\/li><li>Bel Escalier existant sans contre-marche \u00e0 conserver tout en rajoutant du rangement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la cuisine,<\/li><li>Rendre l&rsquo;ensemble harmonieux.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-background
